The new campus provides expanded academic, administrative and student commons spaces, enhanced technology to support 21st-century learning, and a superior athletics and community centre.
The Campus Master Plan is broken into two phases and will allow the school to operate on the site during construction. The $25 million Phase I will include the construction of a new Academic Wing, an Athletics & Community Centre and the renovation of the existing Science Wing. The final stage of Phase I will see the current school building demolished in preparation for the completion of the Campus Master Plan.
Phase II includes a seismic upgrade and renovation of the current Convent building to become the school’s Centre for Arts—featuring a theatre, music room and updated school chapel. Also included in Phase II is the completion of a playing field, which will replace the existing main school building.
Funds raised through the Build STA Campaign will be directed toward the construction costs for Phase I of the Campus Master Plan.
